Currently Grand Master Murray is not teaching Kick Boxing, however our style of Tae Kwon Do is a full Hand and Feet art and will safely teach you what you need to know to safely trasition to the sport of Kick Boxing Kickboxing is an excellent fitness sport combining the hands and feet with option to compete in bouts at all levels.

A full contact sport which employs the hands and feet.
An incredible cardiovascular workout and great self defence for women and men. Lose weight, develop strength, stamina, flexibility, and speed, all while learning proper fighting technique.
No Experience required!
Beginners are taught the basics, and everyone goes at their own pace.
Train 3 days a week with instructor Dave Murray of the Maritime Martial Arts Academy.
